Stefano Conti

Before founding the Law and Taxation Firm, Stefano Conti gained experience working for leading National and International Law Firms based in Milan.

Mr. Conti currently acts for major companies operating at international level in the fields of advertising and publishing.

The assistance provided to the Clients includes, amongst others, drafting of national and international agreements and advising in matters concerning commercial and international disputes.

Mr. Conti specializes in the field of intellectual property law – with particular regard to copyright, media (including new media, the Internet, etc.), trademarks and patents, unfair competition and company law. He regularly assists, both in trade / corporate litigation, several Italian companies in the field of mass media.

Mr. Conti furthermore systematically follows the major companies operating in the advertising and publishing industry also in the field of labour law, providing advice concerning individual dismissals and collective redundancies.

Since 2009 for 10 years Mr. Conti has been a member of the Control’s Committee of the ISTITUTO AUTODISCIPLINA PUBBLICITARIA (IAP).
