Roman Shpakovsky, ADIT, managing partner at Legaltax, attorney-at-law, is well-known on Belarusian legal market for his expertise in international taxation and regulatory practice.

He advises investors and HNWI on multi-jurisdiction corporate and tax structuring, as well as asset protection, defends interests of the Clients in tax disputes with state authorities, advises investors on complex M&A cases, as well as consults the Clients on regulatory issues in high-profile cases in heavily regulated industries, such as gambling.
