Jorge Del Valle

Founding partner of the firm, with more than 15 years of professional practice in litigation and arbitration, vast experience in corporate, banking, intellectual property, tourism and investment law, successfully advising national and international companies for the placement of their investments and the defense of their interests in the Dominican Republic.

He has been a professor at one of the main universities in the country and currently serves as Executive Director of the Committee for the Study and Dissemination of Law in Latin America (CEDDAL) Dominican Republic chapter, from where he organizes and gives talks on administrative and constitutional law and coordinates the investigations carried out by this prestigious institution that are later published as a contribution to the enrichment of the national legal debate.

Before founding Del Valle Abogados, Jorge Del Valle was part of the technical staff of the Fiscal Attorney of the National District, to later become part of the body of litigants of one of the most prestigious firms in the country, from where he collaborated in the most important criminal case of the recent history of our country.
