Ahu Pamukkale

Ahu Pamukkale is the Co-Managing and Founding Partner of Günbay Kural Abbasoğlu Law Firm (“GKA Law”) as well as heading the Employment Department. She has extensive experience in all aspects of individual and collective labour law, social security law, ethics and compliance, work health and safety law and dispute resolution on both contentious and noncontentious matters. Ahu is a mediator registered with the Mediation Department of Ministry of Justice and she performs mediation activities as an expert mediator on labour law. She also serves as an arbitrator in various commercial disputes involving Turkish Law.

Over the past 18 years, Ahu provides legal advice to domestic and international companies from a variety of sectors for all their needs. The sectors include pharmaceutical, medical devices, technology, cosmetics, FMCG, heavy industries, recruitment offices, hospitality, insurance, shipping, banking and finance and retail.

Ahu has been admitted to Istanbul Bar Association since 2005 and worked in reputable and top-tier law firms in Istanbul before establishing Gunbay Kural Abbasoglu Law Firm.

Following the first year of incorporation of GKA Law, Ahu Pamukkale has been recognized as “Leading Lawyer” every year and as “Leading Individual” in 2022 by a reputable legal directory in the field of Employment Law in Turkey. Recognition as “Leading Individual” has been granted only to 2 individuals in the field of Employment Law in Turkey.
