Ionut actively coordinated major projects in respect of mergers & acquisitions of private companies and privatization of state owned companies, corporate finance, joint ventures, transfer of assets and business, cross-border contracts, outsourcing, greenfield/brownfield projects, as well as on corporate day-to-day management of multinational corporations, corporate structuring and re-structuring, protection of minority shareholders, corporate liability matters, shareholding structures and share capital matters.
