Dan Adar

Dan Adar is a partner in the high-tech and technology department at our Tel Aviv office.

Dan provides his clients with ongoing legal advice in M&A transactions, capital raising and financing transactions, receiving government funding, founders’ agreements, options plans, technology transactions, support for ongoing business activities, and IT project support.

Dan represents private and public high-tech companies, entrepreneurs, incubators, technology accelerators, foundations, public R&D partnerships, and local and foreign angel investors. Dan’s clients are engaged in diverse fields, including the fields of software, hardware, biotech, food – Tech, medical devices, telecommunications, fintech, energy and cleantech.

Dan accompanies major foreign companies in their operations in Israel, including investments in the Israeli hi-tech sector.
