About Catherine Nommick
Catherine Nommick is partner at Bremens Avocats and assists French and foreign corporate groups, industrial and commercial companies, in connection with corporate matters including M&A, external growth transactions, corporate reorganizations and day-to-day compliance with French companies’ law.
Catherine has started her career as an in-house lawyer at Credit Commercial de France – HSBC where she supported the bank on international financings, structured and real estate financings.
She is involved in the Bank and Finance department of Bremens Avocats Notaires, a dedicated team composed of lawyers and notaries handling a wide range of real estate transactions, both national and international and advising a clientele of banks, financial institutions and investment funds established within and outside the European Union.
Catherine has been a member of several international organisations (National Committee of the ICC Commission on Banking Practices, IBA, World Law Group) and international business clubs and currently serves on the board of the regional chapter of EAAC (European American Chamber of Commerce), Auvergne Rhone-Alpes, where European and American companies are connected to do business.
