About Jean-Pierre Viennois
Jean-Pierre Viennois is the founder and managing partner of Bremens Avocats. He assists French and foreign corporate groups, industrial and commercial companies, in connection with corporate matters including M&A, external growth transactions, corporate reorganizations, private equity, fund raising and other financial law issues.
Jean-Pierre is involved in the Bank and Finance department of Bremens Avocats Notaires, a dedicated team composed of lawyers and notaries handling a wide range of real estate transactions, both national and international and advising a clientele of banks, financial institutions and investment funds established within and outside the European Union, where he works notably on financial regulatory issues.
As a professor of law at the University of Lyon, he has been teaching courses on French, European and international corporate law for fifteen years. He used to teach European and French corporate law for American students in several american universities (Chapel Hill (NC), Athens (GA), Baton Rouge (LA)).
Jean-Pierre has spoken several times in recent year at academic conferences on international corporate law.
