David Stewart

Educated at Repton and York University, David was admitted as a UK Solicitor in 1989, and as an attorney in the Turks and Caicos in 1990. David practiced law internationally based in London from 1992 to 2014, and is a very experienced disputes lawyer, and adviser to a number of international high net worth families. David was Head of Commercial Litigation and then Managing Partner and CEO of a Top 30 international law firm based in London before returning to the Turks and Caicos in 2015.

David is active as a trustee in a number of contentious trust matters around the region and has been recognised as a Notable Practitioner in Chambers High Net Worth Guide since 2021 for his work in contentious and non-contentious trust matters.
