Daniel Muriungi

Daniel Muriungi is an advocate of the high court of Kenya, a qualified Associate of the institute of Chartered Arbitrators, a patent Agent and the Managing partner of Daniel & Kenneth Advocates, LLP. He holds LLB (Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He also holds an MSc. in Environmental Planning and Management from Kenyatta University.

He is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in aviation, procurement, real estate, conveyancing, and commercial law. In 2023, he was recognized as one of the Top 100 Real Estate and Finance Lawyers in Kenya by The Lawyer Africa.

Before incorporating Daniel & Kenneth Advocates, he was one of the founding partners of Sheikh & Company Advocates, where he served as the Managing Partner and played a crucial role in the firm’s development. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Ahmednasir Abdikadir & Company Advocates, specializing in the same areas.
