Soulla Dionysiou

Soulla Dionysiou is the founder and managing director of S. Dionysiou & Partners LLC.

With extensive experience in corporate law and commercial transactions, merger and acquisition, real estate, banking and finance, and private client matters, Soulla has established herself as a trusted legal advisor in the industry.

She has successfully led numerous multi-billion transactions, demonstrating her proficiency in navigating intricate legal landscapes. Soulla’s notable achievements include the acquisition of one of the largest Business Centres in the CIS through a joint venture structure, the re-assignment and release of securities for an international airline company and the representation of a leading oilfield services giant in Cyprus oil drilling ventures.

Her expertise extends to private client matters, where she advises entrepreneurs, international families, trust companies, and family offices on real estate, estate planning, structures, and ad-hoc personal affairs. Additionally, Soulla advises UHWNI on immigration matters, assisting foreign residents in structuring Cypriot investments or on their relocation to the island in the most tax-efficient manner.

Soulla commenced her career at Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC, one of the top tier law firms in Nicosia, for over 13 years where she had under her administration hundreds of companies.

She possesses a Law degree from the University of London and she is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
