Charles Krugel (who also goes by Chuck) is a life-long Chicagoan, and resides and works in downtown Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. He has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Bradley University, a Master of Arts in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University’s Claude Pettit College of Law.
His career choice is the result of a long running fascination with workplace behavior, management styles, and how and why people end up in particular vocations. After college, he pursued graduate study in industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology with the thought of being an I/O consultant. During his first year of graduate school, he realized that the practice of I/O psychology was too “touchy feely” for him. Consequently, he decided that once he earned my masters degree in I/O psychology, I would attend law school and become a labor and employment attorney.
His professional experiences include working for the Chicago Public Schools and the YMCAs of Chicago in labor and employee relations and working as a labor attorney representing United Airlines pilots union (ALPA).
