Anthony Raftopol

Anthony Raftopol is a Dubai-based, United States-trained international lawyer focusing for almost 30 years on cross-border transactions for the benefit of corporate and institutional investors into a wide variety of transitional and emerging markets in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. As an experienced commercial lawyer, Mr. Raftopol is engaged in numerous fields, including corporate law, M&A, banking, finance, joint ventures, real estate and oil & gas. As such, he also maintains close relationships with business and government decision-makers throughout the EMEA region.

He is currently a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and is a graduate of Northwestern University and the Boston University School of Law in the U.S. In addition to his native English, Mr. Raftopol speaks and/or works in several other European languages.
