Kim Fosshaug

Kim Fosshaug has over 15 years of experience in national and international corporate taxation. He assists industrial and financial clients but has particular expertise in international taxation and the financial sector, including but not limited to assisting national and international investment companies, financing entities, and other financial sector players with issues related to international taxation, regulatory matters, and EU/EEA law. He also has specialized expertise in the taxation of financial instruments.

Kim has extensive experience with general advice on matters related to national and international tax and corporate law advice, including restructuring and reorganizations, and appeals.
