Ron Cohen

Ron has had almost 40 years practice in the legal profession and specialises in property, developments, finance, business, commercial and leasing law. Ron’s clients include large corporations and individuals that rely on him for all aspects of their legal work.

In the property space, this includes but is not limited to residential and commercial property purchase and sales and development sites. Ron has acted for both landlord and tenant in commercial and retail leasing including shopping centres, malls and shopping strips and industrial properties.

His experience further extends to include giving financial advice and preparing the reviewing loan documentation, business, property and trust structures, business agreements, sales and purchases of business and various commercial agreements.
