Kenneth Ahia

Kenneth C. Ahia, SAN, is the Principal Counsel at Ken Ahia & Associates, founded in 1994. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988, he has extensive experience in litigation, corporate law, and legal reform. He holds an LL.M from the University of Lagos. He has served in various legal capacities, including as a Law Reform Commissioner in Abia State and a member of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee. A Notary Public and Senior Advocate of Nigeria since 2018, he is also affiliated with several local and international legal associations. His key interests include advocacy, trademarks, commercial law, and election petitions.
