Benjamin has 20 years of experience as a litigator in France. He has worked in several international law firms (Clifford Chance, Winston & Strawn, Reed Smith, Clyde & Co) before joining CPC & Associés to bring his expertise in litigation with experience in mass accidents (airlines’ accidents), complex litigation and cross borders matters. His clients, particularly the foreign ones, appreciate his responsiveness and his ability to guide them through the French judicial system with clear and practical approaches. Benjamin also has an aircraft pilot license.
