Kenichi Nakano

I have been providing legal advice to various inquiries of corporations and advising on transactions they have engaged in. I acted and am still acting as an outside corporate auditor of listed and unlisted companies and have experience and knowledge in internal control, legal compliance and overseas investment.

Since Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, of which I used to be a partner, handled cross-border legal matters, I have been involved in legal practice using English with clients or counterparties. I have been dealing with litigation without a stop from the time I was admitted as an attorney. I studied at New York University, School of Law (MCJ84) and was admitted to New York bar. I assisted overseas clients in investment in Japan, Japanese clients in investing abroad and cross-border transactions.
