Christian Gravina

Christian Gravina is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GCS Malta, where he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive corporate, financial, and advisory services. A Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor, Christian combines technical expertise with business insight to guide clients through complex challenges and long-term strategic growth.

Christian’s professional journey began in 2010 when he joined PwC through the Career Deal programme, an intensive internship for top university accountancy students. After developing his skills in assurance, he progressed to a full-time role auditing Maltese companies forming part of international groups. In 2016, he transitioned into private practice as a self-employed accountant and auditor, supporting both local and international clients with accounting and statutory audit services.

This experience laid the foundation for the launch of GCS Malta in 2017 through the establishment of GCS Accounting Malta Limited and GCS Assurance Malta Limited. As CEO, Christian oversees all accounting and audit engagements, manages the firm’s growing team, and leads strategic expansion across new service lines.

His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, clarity, and adaptability: qualities that have helped shape GCS Malta into a forward-thinking, agile organisation. Christian remains deeply committed to providing strategic, solutions-driven support to businesses of all sizes, ensuring they have the guidance and insight needed to navigate the corporate landscape.
