Dr. Mohammed Haitham Salman, the Managing Partner of ME-Alliance, is the driving force behind the firm’s strategic vision and professional standards. With over 20 years of experience in international business and regulatory law, he brings a unique blend of academic excellence, government advisory experience, and practical commercial insight to the firm’s operations. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning ME-Alliance as a trusted advisor to government entities, financial free zone institutions, corporations, and international clients operating in the UAE.

Dr. Salman holds a Ph.D. in International Business Law from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, and completed his professional legal studies at the College of Law of England and Wales. His academic background in comparative commercial law and regulatory systems underpins the firm’s ability to operate confidently across both civil and common law environments, including ADGM and DIFC jurisdictions.

Before leading ME-Alliance, Dr. Salman served as a legal advisor at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, contributing to regulatory development and strategic economic initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has advised on legislative drafting, corporate structuring, construction and infrastructure projects, maritime matters, sports law, and complex commercial transactions. This breadth of experience directly informs ME-Alliance’s multidisciplinary approach, allowing the firm to integrate legal precision with policy awareness and commercial strategy.
