Saúl Feilbogen

Saúl Feilbogen is a Senior Partner and the Director of the Corporate and Capital Markets Department at VMF.

He has a postgraduate degree in International Banking and Financial Studies from Heriot Watt University in the UK.

Mr. Feilbogen has an extensive experience in M&As and in shaping different forms of entrepreneurial organizations, both in Argentina and abroad. He has planned different financing operations of Project Finance, Asset Securitisation, IPOs and debt restructuring schemes in different markets.

He has advised companies in such areas as oil & gas and mining, transportation, banking, and sovereign and sub-sovereign entities.

He is a Finance lecturer at Finance Postgraduate Program of the UCEMA University in Buenos Aires. He has participated as a lecturer in Congresses and Conventions in Argentina and abroad, and has collaborated with opinion articles in renowned academic and journalistic media.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Buenos Aires (AABA). He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
