Alejandro Candioti

Alejandro Candioti is an international business lawyer. His practice spans the entire spectrum of business advice, primarily on mergers and acquisitions and contracts. He also advises on joint ventures, privatizations, private funds, corporate reorganizations, and other commercial agreements and their regulatory implications. He routinely involves advising on various corporate and governance matters.
