Matias Vagedes

Matías Alejandro Vagedes is an Argentine lawyer graduated at Universidad Católica Argentina, holding also a Master’s degree (LLM) at University Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität of Munich (Germany), and a pre-Master at Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires).

He is founder and managing partner of the law firm Vagedes & Asociados – Abogados, which is in the DWF network.

Matías has a wide experience with corporate law, M&A, foreign investments, international trade and private equity. He assists European, US and Latin Americans clients (natural persons as well as companies).

For several years he is member of the bar association Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal and Colegio de Abogados de San Isidro, AIJA (International association of young lawyers), Swiss-Argentine Chamber of Commerce, German-Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Lateinamerikaverein (Germany). He is partner and director of Inergest Argentina, a company that provides administrative, accounting and fiscal outsourcing services.

Due to his activity, Matias is listed among the lawyers recommended by embassies of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Brazil and India.
