Federico Valcarce

Federico Valcarce is a lawyer specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning and foreign investment, with more than 20 years of experience advising companies in Argentina and in various international markets.

Before founding Valcarce Legal, he was a Senior Associate at the international firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, where he worked with clients in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. He later served as Of Counsel at firms specializing in M&A, corporate planning, and complex restructurings. His experience includes advising multinational companies, investment funds, and startups on expansion processes, corporate structuring, and international tax planning.

Throughout his career he has been a speaker and lecturer at institutions in Europe and Latin America, addressing topics such as foreign investment, the Mercosur legal framework, M&A and international services.
