Mariana Altieri

Marina Altieri is a Partner in the Corporate Law area. She is a lawyer with a focus on business law from the University of Buenos Aires (2005). Master (LLM) in Business Law from the Austral University (2008) and Master (LLM) in Business Law from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Chile. (2015). Between 2007 and 2013, she was Adjunct Professor of Civil and Commercial Societies at the University of Flores and is currently a Guest Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Salvador. She was a consultant for the Ministry of Transport of the Nation for her participation in SAPEM and SA companies. She speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Her professional performance is focused on corporate and business law, negotiation and drafting of contracts, succession planning for companies, legal assistance in complex corporate litigation. Legal advice for national and/or foreign companies from different industries (infrastructure, software, logistics, industrial companies, media, wineries, educational civil associations, commercialization) in both regular and special business operations, compliance with regulatory regimes, and activity-appropriate compliance. Participation in public and private tenders, M&A, heritage reorganizations, transfer of goodwill, startups. Corporate and company law in general.
