Emily Iveson is an Associate Solicitor in the Employment Department at Branch Austin McCormick, advising employers, senior executives and international businesses on a wide range of employment law matters.

She has extensive experience assisting clients with both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, workplace grievances, disciplinary processes and employee exits. Working closely with the firm’s Corporate team, Emily advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE transfers, employment contracts, executive service agreements and senior management departures.
