Formerly the Legal Director General of the Central Bank of Afghanistan and the Director of Trade and Transit Agreements at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.As a Senior Associate Attorney at a private law firm for nearly four years, he focused on banking, telecommunications, business registration, share transfer, business dissolution, and drafting joint venture agreements. As a licensed attorney, he effectively represented significant international clients in Afghan courts.

With a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Kabul University, Mr. Mohammadi showcased his commitment to legal excellence through participation in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition.
