Arnold Stange

Arnold Christian Stange is a highly experienced German lawyer and certified tax adviser with almost 30 years of professional experience in domestic and international tax law. He is the Founding Partner of ATTICUS Legal & Tax and advises clients on a broad range of matters including international corporate taxation, M&A, restructuring and tax planning, transfer pricing, VAT and succession planning.

Throughout his career, Arnold has held senior positions with PwC, FIDES, HLB Stückmann and Andersen Tax Germany, advising international businesses, investors and private clients on complex cross-border transactions and tax structures. His experience includes acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, transfer pricing matters and tax litigation before German financial courts and the European Court of Justice.

Arnold is also Chairman of the Tax Council of the German Bar Association and has lectured, spoken at international conferences and contributed to numerous tax publications throughout his career.
