Degree in Law from the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon) in 1989;

From January 2008 to December 2010, Member, Board Member and Secretary of the Board of Ethics of the Bar of Lisbon – 1. First term;

Since January 2011 to December 2013, Member of the Board of Ethics Board of the Bar of Lisbon – 2. Second term;

From January 2014 to the December 2016, Member, Board Member and Secretary of the Board of Ethics of the Bar of Lisbon – 3. Third term;

Since June 2007, plays functions of Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the District Council of the Bar of Lisbon;

Since June 2006, founding partner of “Silva Almeida & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL”;

Between January 2002 and May 2006, was partner at “Ferreira Pinto & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados”, being responsible for two departments: Real Estate, Urban Planning and Public Procurement and Mortgage Banking, respectively and member of the K Legal network;

Since 1990, Lawyer and, later, Director of the Legal Services in a Group of Companies with a tightly link to the Real Estate Investment and has been directly linked to the process inherent in the Research, Trading and Contracting of commercial spaces to the Development Plan and the Opening of Branches a Banking Group and in the context of financial instruments, such as Real Estate Investment Funds and Investment Managers of the same;

Member of the board of a wide range of companies, since 1990 to the present.

– For more than eight years, Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Wealth Management company, under the supervision of Banco de Portugal, CMVM and other entities, where have managed securities and real estate portfolios, in particular having managed the real estate assets of a large Portuguese banking and financial group, namely office buildings, bank branches, computer centres, plots of land for urban development, among others.
