Warren Baker

After qualifying in 1988 he had 3 years commercial experience and then went back into practice. Warren joined Wilson Wright in June 2001and on 2 April 2024 Wilson Wright merged with BKL to become a top 30 firm in the UK.

Warren has a wide variety of clients in many industries with particular experience in the areas of media, property and inward investment.

Warren undertakes business development work and specialises in planning exit routes and growth strategies for clients. He also helps clients to develop their business plans, identifying clear route maps and milestones for them.

As an extension to this area of work Warren is the firm’s international liaison Partner and connects clients and contacts with resource around the world. Over the period he has been with the firm he has been involved in advising on many deals ensuring the whole process runs smoothly.

Warren is a keen golfer, oenophile and bridge player.
