About Sean Foster
An expert in corporate law and estate planning, Sean E. Foster helps clients with the formation and design of new business ventures and restructuring of existing business ventures to optimize tax efficiencies, asset protection and wealth succession.
His areas of practice include business planning, asset sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, regulatory and reporting compliance, estate and gift-tax planning, asset protection planning, wills and trusts, and probate and trust administration.
He also has extensive experience in the economic incentive programs for businesses relocating to and operating in the Caribbean. His clients range from mid-sized companies throughout the US, the Caribbean, and Europe to closely held family businesses and entrepreneurs.

Sean holds a B.B.A. from Texas Tech University, 1996, Cum Laude, with a dual major in Finance and Economics and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, 2001, Cum Laude.
