Since January 2018, Kosol has been a valuable partner of JTJB International Lawyers Bangkok. With more than 25 years of substantial experience in supervising and handling a broad range of tax matters for both international and Thai clients, he has represented many clients with legal disputes especially with the Revenue Department concerning the deemed transfer of assets and the recognition of revenue and expenses. Kosol has also extensively assisted clients in disputes with the Customs Department concerning transaction value, customs tariff, smuggling, and restricted goods. He is also specialized in personal data portion.
Before joining JTJB Bangkok, Kosol was also a partner and a senior consultant of several reputable law firms located in Bangkok with the most current role being an independent director of the leading real estate listed company as well.

On 1st February 2023, JTJB merged with AWP & Alliance (formerly known as Apisith & Alliance). Following the merger, Apisith John Sutham acts a consultant, while Ms. Pattaravadee Kongcharoenniwat and Ms. Wiyadathawin Luenchavee have become JTJB’s new partners in the Intellectual Property and Corporate & Commercial Practices, respectively. The combination of JTJB and AWP & Alliance maximizes and further expands the full range of legal services available to our clients and potential clients.
