25 Years in Legal Practice
My legal career began in 1995 at Price Waterhouse (currently – PWC). Subsequently, I became head of the legal service at an investment bank, was partner at a Russian law firm, and worked in partnership with British law firms.

International Projects
Successfully implemented a number of projects in Great Britain, US, China, and Japan, while working in collaboration with major international firms. This allowed me to secure an extensive global network of professional connections.
Practice
I act as arbitrator in international and domestic disputes all over the world and consult on commercial and corporate law matters, assist in conducting M&A transactions, and represent clients in Russian state courts.
