AnJie Broad Law Firm has set up its first overseas branch in Hong Kong to break into the international market.
After three years of joint operation, Hong Kong’s Hauzen and CFN Lawyers have merged into AnJie Broad to establish the firm’s office in the city.
The partners in the office can provide legal services covering capital markets, cross-border investment and M&A, insurance, antitrust, international trade, labour, shipping and maritime, intellectual property and dispute resolution
