Allen & Overy has hired Kristina Nordlander as a partner in its global antitrust team. Kristina, who joins the firm from Sidley Austin LLP where she was global co-head of antitrust, will be London-based and will continue to spend time in Brussels.
Having previously worked in New York, Brussels and London, Kristina has more than 23 years of experience, including 13 years as a partner, providing antitrust advice to clients on both sides of the Atlantic. Kristina is a Swedish national with broad EU antitrust and EU litigation experience, with a particular focus on big tech and life sciences, and a strong European and U.S. West Coast client base.
In 2008, Kristina founded the Women’s Competition Network (WCN), an international professional forum for senior competition law and policy professionals, with a membership of over 2,000 women.
