Assaf is a highly experienced attorney specializing in Business Law particularly in complex commercial agreement drafting, cross-border transactional work, and negotiation. He has long-attested experience in Commercial and Corporate law, International Trade, M&A, and IP agreements (Licensing, Trade Marks, OEM, NDA, and non-competition). Assaf holds an L.L.B – Business Law degree from City University of London and an M.B.A in International Management and is the winner of a national prize for Business Law research studies from the Tel Aviv University. Assaf was admitted to the Israeli Bar on 1999 and served as legal counsel for leading companies and as a senior attorney in one of the leading law firms in Israel.
