AZB & Partners advised and represented a leading multinational company engaged in the businesses of aerospace, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, retail, chemicals and materials as well as supply chain and logistics before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in relation to a challenge to a Section 9 admission order under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”) and was successful in getting the admission order passed by the Adjudicating Authority set aside.
