Biography
Basheer Nagi is the responsible partner for BH Auditing and Consulting in Yemen, as well as responsible for governance, business development and bookkeeping. Bashir is a member of the Yemen Certified Public Accountants Association (YECPA), through which he provides his services in the field of governance, auditing and providing legal advice.

Our firm was established in 2019, represented by approximately 30 employees, located in 2 offices at the level of Yemen, and it has obtained a professional license to practice activity throughout the country.The headquarters is located in Yemen. Our Corporate Services division provides company formation and management in all jurisdictions in Yemen, along with comprehensive advice and support to assist companies of all sizes to successfully establish and sustain operations in overseas markets – from complete back office solutions to tax and regulatory compliance assistance.
