Bhavin Gada is a founding Partner of Stratage Law Partners, Advocates & Solicitors. He has over 19 years of experience advising clients on investment transactions, M&A, dispute management and corporate dispute resolution.
He has advised clients, in public as well as private investments, M&A, establishment of funds, compliance matters, governance related advisory and regulatory issues. He also appears before various judicial forums. He enjoys the challenges of dispute resolution. He has an eye to/aptitude look out for opportunities to favourably resolve disputes.
Bhavin has in-depth knowledge of exchange control regulations, SEBI, RBI, conveyancing and general corporate laws. He is highly regarded by his clients and peers for his ‘unmatched commercial acumen’, ‘innovative approach’ and “deal closure oriented” approach. His technical ability and uncanny sharpness in disputes is “envied” by his peers.
Bhavin has acted across a wide variety of sectors, such as, real estate, pharma, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services.
Prior to Stratage, he has been a Partner with leading law firms in India.

He graduated with a commerce degree and law degree from the University of Mumbai. He is a Master of Business Law from the National Law School of India University (Bangalore). He is an Advocate on Record (AOR) at the Supreme Court of India and is also a qualified Solicitor from Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
