Mr. Bhupender Singh is an alumnus of National Law University Jodhpur and also an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Singh brings with him 15+ years of work experience in matters pertaining to corporate taxation, international trade, investment laws, digital taxation, data protection and insolvency laws. As a dispute resolution attorney, Mr. Singh has strategized on litigation management solutions, and has assisted companies in commercial arbitration in various sectors. He has also advised companies in aviation and shipping lines on matters pertaining to contract negotiation, dispute resolution and other legal framework. Bhupender advises and supports various new-age start-ups wherein he advises such start-ups on legal and regulatory environment, funding documentation, and various government compliances.
Bhupender has extensive experience in tax and regulatory proceedings, wherein he has advised and has personally represented clients before Government agencies on matters spanning from taxation, anti-money laundering, enforcement directorate, directorate general of trade remedy measures, etc. Bhupender regularly advises his and Firm’s clients on JVs, M&A, employment laws related matters.
Bhupender is a regular speaker at events organized by US-India Importers’ Council (USIIC), CII, ASSOCHAM, ICAI, etc. He is also on the editorial board of Indo-Japanese Business Council (IJBC) and is an executive member of USIIC.
