Bunnasomboon Chaiparinya (also known as Aaron) is a partner in JTJB International Lawyers Bangkok. Prior to commencing a career in JTJB, Aaron practiced in the corporate department of international law firms in Thailand and Australia. Aaron has substantial experience advising on numerous high-profile M&A in both domestic and international cases. Aaron attended Thammasat University, and upon graduation with a second – class honors in Law, Aaron successfully pursued two master’s degrees in accounting and business administration from one of the top ranked universities in Australia.
JTJB International Lawyers Co., Ltd., is a part of JOSEPH TAN JUDE BENNY LLP, our main office and a global law firm which has a network in 10 countries with over 100 highly trained professionals in many different legal practices.
Our main office traces its history back to February 1988, where the practices of our founding partners Joseph Tan and Jude Benny, were merged and renamed as Joseph Tan Jude Benny. The firm started to focus mainly on maritime law, real estate and conveyancing. Since then, we have been growing tremendously to the full-service law firm we are today. We are also the only Thailand member of ADVOC, a global network of independent law firms spanning over 70 countries.
Our Bangkok office was launched in September 2005 and is now being under the leadership of our Managing Partner Mr. Naiyachon Tathong, who has previously been the head of litigation at another leading international law firm in Bangkok. In addition, our Partners, namely Mr. Bunnasomboon Chaiparinya (known as “Aaron”) and Mr. Kosol Suriyaporn, are highly experienced and skilled in the fields of Corporate and M&A as well as Tax & Customs respectively.
On 1st February 2023, JTJB merged with AWP & Alliance (formerly known as Apisith & Alliance). Following the merger, Apisith John Sutham acts a consultant, while Ms. Pattaravadee Kongcharoenniwat and Ms. Wiyadathawin Luenchavee have become JTJB’s new partners in the Intellectual Property and Corporate & Commercial Practices, respectively. The combination of JTJB and AWP & Alliance maximizes and further expands the full range of legal services available to our clients and potential clients.
