Christine Miles has been a French-qualified lawyer for more than 15 years and has been a Senior Foreign Counsel in DHH for more than 3 years. She has been practicing for 9 years in China. Before joining DHH, she was a lawyer at Paris and Beijing offices of an international law firm originated in France.
In China, Christine advises foreign companies for their investments in China (setting-up of companies, joint-ventures, acquisitions, due diligences, restructuring, financing, intellectual property (trademark/patent), litigation/arbitration, regulatory analysis, data compliance). As capacity to handle litigation and intellectual property is reserved to Chinese law firms in China, DHH constitutes a “one-stop-shop” for foreign companies in need of these legal services.
Christine also advises Chinese companies for their investments in Europe or Africa.
Christine is an arbitrator at the Qingdao Arbitration Commission and Weihai Arbitration Commission.
When exercising in France, she specialized in M&A and privatizations involving listed or non-listed companies and corporate law, especially in the energy, infrastructure and banking sectors.
