International law firm Osborne Clarke announces Coen Barneveld Binkhuysen will be appointed as Partner of Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam, as of January 1, 2021. Coen has been part of the growth of Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam from the start in June 2014. He has developed into an expert in Commercial Contracting with a focus on the technology, media and communication (TMC) sector.

Coen advises companies on a wide variety of legal issues related to software, smart city projects, IoT solutions and other advanced technologies such as AI, robotics and blockchain. He has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing international service-, distribution- and agency contracts. He is also regarded as an expert in (online) consumer law.
