David concentrates his practice on a variety of corporate and business law matters on behalf of the firm’s clients. He represents a variety of business clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counsel, commercial contracts, debt and equity financings, and stockholder relations.

Representative projects:

Represented a major timberlands client in its acquisition of a hardwood flooring manufacturer;

Represented clients in the fuel and energy industry in the acquisition and sale of motor and heating fuel dealerships and related convenience store operations;

Represented a client in the fuel and energy industry in the renegotiation of its long term convenience store franchise agreements and regional development agreement;

David has also assisted clients with respect to business succession planning and provided counsel to shareholders and other business owners regarding a variety of business transition issues.
