We provide one-stop-shop services to our clients and work with them across different markets and jurisdictions.

As former in-house attorneys, we understand what it is like to face many conflicting demands and pressures like managing budgets against competing priorities, juggling a frenzied workload, implementing process and using technology to optimize workflow, addressing risk management and compliance, establishing relationships with executive management and Board members all while building a high–performing team. BALL PLLC members average nearly 30 years of industry and legal experience, in the US, Mexico and global multinational businesses, so you don’t have to sacrifice quality to obtain cost effective results. We consider ourselves part of a client’s core team and identify our success through the achievement of successful outcomes. Drawing on our experience, we take a wider view of our role, and see ourselves not just as lawyers or consultants, but as strategic problem solvers. Our philosophy is that your attorney should be a key business advisor and part of your team, not just a legal technician.

BALL PLLC provides a practical, business-focused approach to problem solving that your business can use every day on a cost-effective basis. BALL PLLC attorneys handle day-to-day legal matters, working as senior business attorneys on an on-demand basis at a fraction of the cost of either hiring a full-time executive-level general counsel or relying exclusively on law firm counsel. Clients typically develop a working relationship with one of our lawyers but have access to the whole team for specific practice areas.

Texas is the 8th largest economy in the world and covers about half of the US-Mexico border stretching 1254 miles (2017 km). We help our clients maximize the benefits of Texas as a global hotspot and advise our clients in structuring and implementing US-Mexico cross-border transactions. Because Texas is the biggest trading partner of Mexico, our team covers foreign investments and transnational regulatory compliance including but not limited to, environmental due diligence in US-Mexican trade.

Our attorneys come from various cultural backgrounds, speak several foreign languages and are trained in civil law and common law legal systems. Our size, adaptability and expertise enable us to serve our clients in Texas, Mexico and beyond.
