Ms. Eliaicha Aron Ndowo is founder and Managing Partner of ENDO & Co. Advocates who has been in legal practice for over (18) years now. She has a degree and post graduate diploma in legal practice from the University of Dar es Salaam. She has accomplished her professional career as an advocate with corporate law, Intellectual property, Conveyance, Labour laws, Banking and Finance as her specialties. On Conveyance, Ms. Ndowo is among a few advocates in Tanzania who have knowledge and proven experience in this field, particularly on security and securities documentation as well as undertaking the recovery process.
She acts for local and international clients in various legal areas, including but not limited to Civil litigation and practice, corporate and commercial law, Intellectual Property, advising on corporate and commercial transactional matters on land, employment and immigration law.
Ms. Ndowo has experience in assisting clients in formalization of various business in Tanzania such as individual/sole business, partnerships and incorporation of companies, procurement of certificates of compliance for foreign companies wishing to establish branches of business in Tanzania, procurement of Certificates of Incentive from Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC). She also acts as a legal Advisor to various clients on different legal issues. Further Ms. Ndowo is a part time Trainer at the Law School of Tanzania.
