Felipe studied Business Administration at the Chilean University of Santiago, acquiring the degree of Bachelor in Business Administration. His first professional experience was as a Brand Manager in a well-known cosmetics company and then in a beverage company that produced powdered beverages (coffees and juices), in charge of different portfolios of products. This gave him the opportunity to participate in the development of new products, handling portfolios of trademarks and establish an active relationship with the IP world from the industry point of view. After joining Johansson & Langlois, he concentrated his work on patents and on the firm’s administration, being a managing Partner and Head and coordinator of the firm’s Patent area. He belongs to different international IP associations, where he has taken an active and continuous participation, as well as being part of the Chilean Engineering Association. He also was the director of the AIPPI Chilean group for a decade.
