Honored to Announce a Special Appointment

I am proud and humbled to share that I have been appointed as an Expert to the Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Expert Pool of the Shanghai Fengxian District IP Protection Center (上海市奉贤区知识产权快速维权中心).

This three-year appointment (2026–2029) recognizes my experience in cross-border intellectual property matters and international dispute resolution. I am particularly honored to be the only foreign lawyer selected for this expert panel.

This appointment reflects my commitment to bridging legal systems across borders and supporting companies in navigating the complexities of international IP protection and enforcement.

I look forward to contributing my expertise and collaborating with distinguished colleagues on this important initiative.
