Education

Ibrahim Can Narin completed his education at Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School (“BAL”), which was established as an Ministry of National Education College under the name Izmir Koleji. He graduated as a high honor student and actively participated in various social responsibility projects at the high school level. He served as the president of the honor committee and achieved numerous successes with the high school’s men’s volleyball team at the regional and provincial levels.

He completed his law studies at Marmara University as an honor student in 3 years. During this period, he served as the General Secretary of the Young Jurists Club and later as the founder member and president of the Artı Hukuk Club. Prior to graduation and afterwards, he interned at several local and global law firms. In 2017, he completed his internship at Küçükislamoğlu & Partners, a firm renowned for its national and international legal activities. The firm, based in the UK, received the”Most Innovative and Global Law Firm Award ” from the independent global rating organization Global Legal Matters, thanks to its marketing and R&D efforts.

Career

Following the successful completion of his internship, Ibrahim Can Narin was appointed as a manager in the Arbitration and Marketing departments due to his achievements during the internship. After successfully fulfilling these roles, he was appointed as the Head of Compliance in 2019 and held that position for a year. During this time, he successfully completed hundreds of compliance projects, particularly under the Personal Data Protection Law and the Competition Law. Recognizing his achievements in this field, Ibrahim Can Narin was honored with the title “Most Valuable Personal Data Protection Attorney” by the independent global rating organization Leaders in Law in 2019.

In 2020, Ibrahim Can Narin achieved the “Partner” status and, as of 2021, became a “Fully Authorized Partner” at Küçükislamoğlu & Narin & Partners, actively participating in the management of the company with over 50 employees. Recognizing his achievements, he was selected among “The 10 Most Eminent Leaders in Law” by Success Pitchers, a London-based legal research and press firm, in 2022. He was interviewed as “The Leading Name In The Field Of Law,” and his evaluations of law firms at the global and national levels were shared with the local and foreign press.

Recognizing his approach to events and accurate legal solutions, in 2023, “The Cio World,” an independent global research and press firm based in the UK, selected him as “Ibrahim Can Narin: A Solution-Oriented, Innovative, and Dynamic Leader.” He was interviewed about the field of law. In 2023, he earned a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree with a thesis on Privacy Contracts in International Private Law, and his thesis book is planned to be presented to Turkish Law Literature. In the same year, he also started the MBA program at Istanbul Technical University and continues his studies. In addition to all these achievements, Ibrahim Can Narin secured the first place at Marmara University Faculty of Economics and continues his education. Furthermore, he serves as a referee at ELSA and mentors at Marmara University. As of 2024, Ibrahim Can Narin has established his own partnership under the name “Narin & Bilen.” Besides this, he continues to serve on the board of directors and advisory boards of many local and global companies and carries out guardianship and trusteeship duties at the Ministry of Justice.
