Ignacio García is a partner of the Firm.
His professional practice is focused on the Areas of Corporate and Labor Laws, as well as Customs Law and International Trade. He advises the Firm’s clients, national and international, in corporate issues, labor contracts, litigation, immigration, social security, pensions, transfers of executives, downsizing and union negotiations. He is also a consultant in private international law matters, contracts and international trade, customs law, international trade defense for the World Trade Organization (WTO) and customs disputes.
He was previously a partner at Baker & McKenzie, where he worked for 16 years and where he founded and directed the Labor Group and the International Trade Practice.
